Hello,, we’re Rick & Teresa Starr, certified Health & Wellness coaches. Our whole food, plant-based journey began with a life altering and potential life-threatening health scare. It was a series of mini-strokes that threatened Teresa’s eyesight and her long-term health & wellbeing. Thankfully we found a complete cure in a whole food plant-based diet.
