Hello,, we’re Rick & Teresa Starr, certified Health & Wellness coaches. Our whole food, plant-based journey began with a life altering and potential life-threatening health scare. It was a series of mini-strokes that threatened Teresa’s eyesight and her long-term health & wellbeing. Thankfully we found a complete cure in a whole food plant-based diet. That was over 30 years ago, and we continue to enjoy the health and wellness benefits that a WFPB lifestyle brings in health, vitality, and wellbeing.

Because this way of living has had such a powerful impact upon our lives, it is now part of our life’s mission to share it with others who might be looking to improve their health & wellbeing. In our work, we share evidence-based, values driven tools and strategies to help people thrive at life.
